CAMELOT LODGE was the second Home opened by the family in 1986, this is opposite ACL House and is a very lively Home for people aged from 21years to 60 years. Client meetings are held regularly to ensure that the “family” atmosphere prevails and that the Home’s Objectives are maintained. There is a friendly mix of residents in the Home, some of whom are working towards returning to their own private accommodation in the community. Clients are able to attend the local Day-Centre on a regular basis, which is only a 10 minute walk away, use the local Squirrel Club and be involved in the local M.I.N.D.Resource Centre. Linda Davis, who has achieved her Foundation in Management Certificate is the Registered Manager and has worked for the family for over 21years. The Home is a regular contact point when looking for suitable accommodation by the local Social Services Mental Health Team, and the Social Services Department at the main hospital in Ashford, as we endeavor to meet our client needs.
